The ConTech & PropTech Alliance (CPTA), established by the ASTRI, has officially launched today (8/7) to drive positive transformation within the real estate and construction industries through the integration of cutting-edge technology, fostering innovation and collaboration among government, industry, academia and research institutions, and enhancing productivity, quality and safety towards sustainable and efficient practices.

 

Rosana of Yau Lee Group thanks Simon, Senior Director of FinTech, PropTech & Art-Tech of ASTRI for his invitation. Same as other industry peers, Yau Lee Group is currently facing a lot challenges such as high cost and ageing labour and therefore we actively research and develop various innovative technologies in order to enhance productivity and quality as well as site safety. Rosana looks forward to having more collaboration with ASTRI and other stakeholders to support the government policy by creating strong impetus for growth and join hands in forming a comprehensive ecosystem for the construction and real estate industries.
