Lu Pan Patron’s Day Dinner 2024
Lu Pan Patron’s Day is on the 13th day of June of every Lunar Calendar and Yau Lee Group has invited employees and business partners to participate in a celebration dinner today as usual. Everyone gathered together to commemorate Master Lu Pan and spent a happy evening together.
Mr. I K Wong, Chairman, delivered a speech at the dinner, reporting the Group’s business performance in the past year and its direction for the coming year. The Group is honoured to maintain a leading position in the industry since the launch of MiC. We have already successfully completed 9 MiC projects with different types of usage and are currently construction several MiC public housing development projects for the Housing Authority, a total of 63,000 modules together with Volumetric Precast Bathroom and Volumetric Precast Kitchen. On the other hand, construction safety is always a top priority in Yau Lee Group. In order to fulfill the Smart Site Safety System (4S) promulgated by the DevB, we have widely adopted the solutions jointly developed by our own subsidiaries, for instance, BEANiE and Safety Rangers AI robots to improve site safety and more importantly, prevent any possible incidents.
The Group also presents awards at the dinner every year to commend outstanding staff and subcontractors. This year, a total of 29 awards and 69 long-term service awards were presented in which the longest term of service reaches 45 years. The Group would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank all award-winning staff, and is proud of their proactive improvement in environmental protection, innovation and safety, as well as their enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. The Group would also like to thank all staff for who have grown side by side with the Group in the past years, inheriting Master Lu Ban’s unique construction craftsmanship and the spirit of innovation to contribute to society.
