HKIS QSD Annual Dinner
The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) Quantity Surveying Division (QSD) held its Annual Dinner this evening (6/6). The event was a resounding success, featuring esteemed Guest of Honour, Winnie Ho, Secretary for Housing, who delivered an inspiring keynote speech on the future of QS.
Secretary Winnie outlined the roadmap for the profession, emphasizing the importance of leveraging AI in QS work to enhance contract advisory, improve cost estimation, and streamline quantity take-off processes, setting the stage for a more efficient and innovative industry.
Rosana from Yau Lee Group was delighted to join the industry leaders to celebrate their achievements and discuss the future of the profession. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to Yau Lee's QS team for their dedicated efforts, highlighting the importance of teamwork in achieving success.
