Rosana of Yau Lee Group was invited by Hong Kong Electric (HKE) to deliver a talk today (4 March) titled “A Greener Future: The Role of Autonomous Twins in Building/Hospitality and Carbon Management.”Her presentation covered several topics, including autonomous twins, smart command theatre, AI Energy Optimization Solution (AI EOS), and a carbon trading platform — all aimed at enhancing community sustainability. Rosana described how AI EOS, applied to an office building with dynamic chiller-plant optimization, achieved 16% energy savings and reduced CO2 emissions by 32 tonnes per year.

 

Rosana thanked HKE for the invitation and looks forward to further collaboration. During her talk she emphasized the importance of balancing management, technology, and measurable impact, and closed with a call to action: a green future starts with the choices we make today — small changes, big leaps, lasting impact.
