This project has also been adopted 5D BIM and built with a planning principle of the “Sustainable Community for Green and Healthy Living”. As the main contractor of this award-winning project, we have demonstrated a rewarding and high level of professionalism in the delivery of contract administration and financial management function within a contractor’s business environment.
The Group would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mr. Cheung Tat-tong who received a Grand Achievements Award to recognize his contribution to the construction industry and often shared with the industry on the overseas QS cases, mediation and the mechanism of dispute resolution and not to mention the support for the young QS.
Over the decades, many QS have dedicated their time and effort to escalating their professionalismas well as developing and strengthening the regime of QS. Indeed they are just like unsung heroes in the construction industry. A sincerely gratitude is also given to the organizing committee of the HKIS which faced many challenges against the preparation of this ceremony under pandemic. The committee even considered to call it off but have finally tackled all difficulties and made this event a great success. We hope that the QS Award could be held every year in the future to create a platform for the practitioners to learn from and support each other.
