Ms. Rosana Wong, Executive Director of Yau Lee Group, has been invited by Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS) as their guest speaker for a webinar to share her experiences and insight on “Automation and Robotics in Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Owner-operated (AECO)”.

 

Robotics and automated systems have the potential to revolutionise and provide many advantages to the industry as a whole. Ms. Wong shared the completion of 4,346 MiC units which reflects the adoption of MiC technology can reduce 45% of construction waste, 60% of manpower and 25% of carbon emission in average. In order to monitor the quality of the MiC boxes, the Group has implemented BEANiE, Hong Kong’s first blockchain multifunctional platform, since 2019 for the management of MiC full lifecycle and so far it has developed to BEANiE 4.0.

 

In addition, the Group is committed to developing fully automated robotics technology including Internal, External and Heavy-duty Ranges which enhance not only productivity, buildability and safety, but also the efficiency and effectiveness of our project team. Last but not least, Ms. Wong has also introduced MobiPro, the 4th generation of autonomous vehicle, which will soon commence service in HKSTP. Together with the MobiGoal NFT, such demo ride can allow the passengers to contribute to the reduction of Co2 emission as well as to enhance the new innovation and technology experience.
