On behalf of the Transport Advisory Committee, Rosana was invited to join the East Rail Line (ERL) Cross-harbour Extension Ceremony. ERL, established in 1901, is the oldest railway in Hong Kong to witness every remarkable developments in the past 100 years.
To further improve the railway network, ERL extended from Hung Hom to Admiralty with a new Exhibition Centre Station to directly connect the Northeast New Territories, Central Kowloon and Hong Kong Islands by four interchange stations connecting five existing railway lines. A faster choice of cross-harbour route for passengers.
ERL Cross-harbour Extension will also create a transportation link to the Northern Metropolis to facilitate the Innovation and Technology collaboration between Hong Kong and Shenzhen as well as to take full advantage brought by the Greater Bay Area towards a co-created sustainable future city.
