Mr. Andrew Lam, Board Member of SoCo, Mr. Simon Fok and Mr. Lawrence Tang, both are the Honorary Project Directors, and Ms. Sze, Deputy Director, visited the construction site of Tenacity Residence: Ying Wa Module Community today. Mr. I K Wong, Chairman of Yau Lee Group, Dr. Conrad Wong, Vice Chairman, and Ms. Rosana Wong, Executive Director, were present to welcome them and introduce the latest progress of the project. Tenacity Residence is the first concrete demountable MiC social housing project providing large units in Hong Kong. During the site visit, Yau Lee Group distributed a Project Fact Sheet specially designed for VIPs which briefly set out the project highlights, for instance, the characteristics of concrete MiC, a blockchain multifunctional platform BEANiE (NGO version) as well as a series of locally developed 5G robots. SoCo is very satisfied with the progress and quality of the project. The project has successfully obtained the first Occupation Permit (ref: 1/2022) in 2022 from the Buildings Department and also completed 3.5 months earlier resulting from the hard work of the project team. We believe that the grassroots families are expected to move in soon and it must be the best CNY presents for them.
